Guests staying at Papillon Hotels for at least 1 night earn points. You can spend the points yourself or give them to your family or friends and use themas money for your bookings.

How to earn points

You can earn points at PAPILLON HOTELS whenever: you stay overnight, You fill in a Guest Satisfaction Survey, You complete your profile on our website. (*)
 

(*) Only the person making the booking earns points when someone stays at the hotel.

For example:

If you book 1 standard room for 10 nights in June, 2015 the points you earn will be 10 nights x 5 points = 50 points; 50 Euro 

How to spend points?

  • You can spend the points you've earned for yourself or someone else or you can send your loved ones points from our website.
  • Points cannot be used with discounts earned from other offers, special offers, group bookings, bookings for meetings or company group events.
  • You can only pay up to 50% of your accommodation expenses with points and pay the rest in cash or using credit card.
  • Points earned in the Loyalty Programme cannot be used for hotel extras.
  • To spend your points, you can make your bookings from our hotel's website or contact our hotel via telephone or e-mail.
  • You cannot use points for bookings made via tour operators or agencies.
General conditions
  • Guests who have previously booked accommodation and stayed at the hotel are included in the programme. You can leave the programme upon request.
  • Points can only be earned by natural persons; agencies and companies cannot take part in the programme.
  • Points are earned per overnight stay when bookings are made directly with the hotel or through an agency.
  • Only the person paying the price of the booking can earn points; you cannot earn points if you do not pay for the booking yourself.
  • Only the person paying for the booking can earn points if the rooms are to be shared.
  • At least 1 nights accomodation are required to earn points.
  • Points earned cannot be cashed.
  • Points earned can be used for other people.
  • Earned points must be used within 3 years, if not they will be deleted from the system.
  • Guests hosted by PAPILLON HOTELS, agency personnel accommodated at travel agency prices, guests accommodated within info groups, accommodation booked with special discounted prices do not earn points.
  • You can create a profile, update your profile, use your points and send your points as a gift via prm.papillon.com.tr
  • The booking needs to be made using the price listed on the hotel's website. Points cannot be used with discounts earned from other offers, special offers, group bookings, bookings for meetings or company group events.
  • PAPILLON HOTELS Management reserves the right to cancel or change part or all of the Loyalty and Guest Membership Programme, its products and services, its rules to earn and spend points or the programme without prior notice.

For our guests who've chosen us again

Guests who stay at Papillon Hotels for a minimum of 20 nights and prefer choose Papillon Hotels again can enjoy the privileges of our guest membership programme's Silver, Silver Plus, Gold and Platinum Card.

  • SILVER CARD
    Condition to earn:All our guests who visit Papillon Hotels at least twice and have a minimum of 20 paid stays will own a Silver Card.
    Silver Card Advantages:
    • Express check-in
    • Special welcome treat upon arrival
    • Complete bathroom amenities,
    • A 25% discount to be used for a SPA treatment.(*)
    (*) Treatments are available once a year. Guests who upgrade their membership card can use their right for a discount in the same year.
  • SILVER PLUS CARD
    Condition to earn: All our guests who visit Papillon Hotels at least twice and have a minimum of 50 paid stays will own a Silver Plus Card.
    Silver Plus Card Advantages:
    • Express check-in
    • Special welcome treat upon arrival
    • Complete bathroom amenities,
    • 10% discount on extras (*)
    • 20 minute classic massage (local) at the SPA (**)
    • Delicious treats sent to the room every 3 days (only Ayscha & Zeugma)

    (**) Treatments are available once a year. Guests who upgrade their membership card can use their right for a discount in the same year. Guests who ask for changes in treatments are charged extra.
  • GOLD CARD
    Condition to earn: All our guests who visit Papillon Hotels at least twice and have a minimum of 120 paid stays will own a Gold Card.

General conditions for guest membership programme

  • (*) The number of visits to the hotel must be more than 1 and the number of paid days must be equal to the requirement for that category.
  • (*) Whole days are considered to be paid days.
  • (*) Only the person paying for the booking is given the membership card if the rooms are to be shared.
  • (*) All extra services only include the summer season (May - October).
  • (*) Gold and Platinum Card holders' reservations shall be made even if the hotel is closed for sales due to no occupancy.
  • (*) PAPILLON HOTELS reserves the right to make any change in the existing system.

PRM 360° is a brand new privilege offered to all Papillon Hotels guests. Developed to help you make even more of your holiday, to give you the chance to win surprise gifts, make new friends, move around much more easily within the facility and keep in contact with the social media throughout your entire stay, PRM 360° is the first of its kind in Turkey.

How can you use PRM 360°?
  • By installing the application to your tablet or smart phone by following the steps in the message that is automatically sent to the e-mail address you have provided the front office during check-in.
  • Or, you can register from our website, log in to the application on prm.papillon.com.tr with your user name and password and use it on your laptop.
What can you do with PRM 360°?
  • Follow all of the events organised at the facility and prepare your own events calender.
  • Can share the images or your feelings with your friends via social media and earn points.
  • Add other guests in the facility as friends and message them instantly.

Conditions on earning points with PRM 360° and information
  • For each photo sent to social media networks via PRM 360°, you earn 2 social points.
  • For each post sent to social media networks via PRM 360°, you earn 1 social points.
  • Social points earned have no monetary value.
  • With your total social points, you can find new surprises from Papillon Hotels.
  • Sender is responsible for each post shared in social media via PRM 360°, Papillon Hotels shall accept no responsibility about these posts
  • PAPILLON HOTELS reserves the right to make changes in the existing system.
