Papillon Belvil Sous Executive Chef Fırat Doğan and his crew has been serving at Papillon Hotels since 2000.

Fırat Doğan has graduated from “Le Cordon Bleu”, one of the most acclaimed culinary schools of the world with a “Grand Diplome”. He is also a member of gastronomy society “Chaine des Rotisseurs” as a “chef rotisseur”
