The SPA facility opens at 09:00 and closes at 19:30.

We kindly ask you to call the SPA Reception, or you can directly contact our SPA representatives. We request that you fill out our reservation form to guarantee your reservation. During your reservation process, be sure to include information about your personal condition which will allow us to make an appropriate reservation (allergies, medication, recent surgeries, pregnancy, etc.).

We work by appointment and reserve this time especially for you . We request a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice for a single treatment or a 24 hours advance notice for rituals, packages, discounted services and promotions.  If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged for the scheduled service.

In order to harmonize your body and spirit, we kindly ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change and enjoy the Vitamin Bar. You are always offered the option to arrive earlier to use the sauna and steam bath.

Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s  scheduled appointment. The full price of your treatment will be charged.

The most important thing is to feel comfortable.  A towel robe appropriate  for the current season, towels,  peshtemals, towel slippers are available in the changing rooms. You can also find unlimited towels and peshtemals around the SPA area to use.

Disposable shorts and undergarments are required and will be offered to you in your massage room.  Your therapist will keep your body draped during dry treatments, only exposing the area to be worked upon, however, in wet treatments such as scrubs, haman treatments, wraps and baths, the body will not be draped in order to achieve maximum benefits.

The private SPA area (SPA Suites) is where you can enjoy the best of the treatments in the privacy of your own suite. The private amenities you will have hours to take pleasure in include the steam bath, Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi. Your massages will be carried out by our specialists  at the unique and romantic  couple’s platform, as well as on individual beds.  This is the ultimate way to experience your private SPA adventure, either alone or as a couple.

The male and female lockers are available for storage, however, we kindly ask you not to bring any valuables with you.  The SPA Department or hotel does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items that may have been left behind.

Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure should consult a physician before using the SPA facilities.  We kindly ask you to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment.  We assure you that all responses will kept confidential.

Because of the tremendous physical and hormonal changes that occur in the expectant mother, we do not recommend any massage during the first trimester, this is the time for the mother to get comfortable with being pregnant.  The second and third trimesters are wonderful times to get a massage.  Avoid treatments involving deep pressure, aromas and minerals.

All cabin descriptions and their usage recommendations are posted on signs next to each cabin. Our SPA attendants and representatives will be glad to assist you.

Mobile phone usage is prohibited inside the SPA area for maintaining a relaxed atmosphere and serene ambience.

The 4207 numbered law of the Republic of Turkey prohibits smoking in indoor areas.

For the peacefulness of our guests, children under 12 years of age are  allowed to use the SPA facilities only with parents .

Yes, please take a shower before your treatment  to make your treatment more effective and the therapist more comfortable.
