The booker who directly books a room or books rooms via agency/tour operators from our hotel wins points. The booker can use the points under his/her own name or for someone else.

Papillon Hotels’ Agency Loyalty Programme offers advantages exclusive to agency sales personnel:

  • You can turn the points you earn into money to use for your reservations and make all or part of your payments in points,
  • You can send your earned points to your friends, family or colleagues as a gift.

To join the Agency Loyalty Programme…

  • To join the Agency Loyalty Programme by registering to and creating a profile.
  • You can earn points by entering the reservations you have made to customers to your profile (as of 2015).

For example: Reservations for 10 standard rooms were made during June and 100 overnight stays were accommodated.


The points you earn will be= 100 nights x 5 points 500 points; 500 Euro

  • Points are earned per overnight stay when bookings are made directly with the hotel or through a tour operator. Points are per room, not per person.
  • Visit our website to enter the bookings you have made for customers after 2015. First we will examine the data you have entered, confirm the reservations you have sold and then add your points. You can view your bookings list and points from your profile.
  • You can use your points for your own reservations. You can make a request to use your points by visiting your profile on our website .
At least 250 points are required for use. Points will be valid for 2 years.
The booking needs to be made using the rates listed on the hotel’s website when using points for accommodation.
  • You can send your earned points to your friends, family or colleagues as a gift via your profile on our website.

  • You can find everything you need to know about our Agency Loyalty Programme by clicking on the PRM360 tab on our website.
  • You will have accepted to receive electronic advertisements from Papillon Hotels once you are registered to the programme. If you don’t want to receive e-mails, all you have to do is inform in writing about your preference.
  • You can login to your profile on to make changes to your membership info.
